If you believe that content available on or through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following elements, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Identification. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
• Location. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on rusnikita.com where the material is located, sufficient for us to locate it.
• Contact information. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We aim to acknowledge complete notices within 2 business days and to act on valid notices promptly.

If the notification fails to comply with all statutory requirements, we may — at our discretion — request a cure, or determine that the notice is insufficient and take no action.

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). The counter-notification must be a written communication to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

• Signature. Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location (URL) at which it appeared before removal.
• Statement under penalty of perjury. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
• Your information. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
